This settlement has been preliminarily approved by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, Albuquerque Division, Jacqueline Jones v. I.Q. Data International, Inc., Case No. 1:14-cv-00130-PJK-RHS (D. N.M.) and is subject to the court’s final approval. The settlement class consists of all persons and entities throughout the United States (1) to whom I.Q. Data International, Inc. made or caused to be made calls, (2) directed to a number assigned to a unique cellular telephone, by (3) using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, (4) from February 11, 2010 through February 11, 2014.

Your legal rights are affected whether you act or do not act. Read this notice carefully.

Your Legal Rights And Options In This Settlement:

Do Nothing If you do nothing, you will not receive a pro rata share of the settlement fund, but you will release any claim you have against I.Q.
File a Claim Make a claim by July 6, 2015, either through this website or, by mail and receive payment if you are an eligible Class Member and the Settlement is finally approved.
Go to a Hearing Ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the settlement.
Object Write to the Court and explain why you don’t like the settlement.
Exclude Yourself If you exclude yourself from the settlement, you will not receive a pro rata share of the settlement fund, but you will not release any claim you have against I.Q.

 

The Court in charge of this case still has to decide whether to approve the settlement.
